The Titan Children’s Trust are pleased to be supporting and working with the Derbyshire Carers Association!
So far we have supported a group of young carers to a day trip to Mount Cook Activity Centre, providing skipping ropes and swimming lessons.
The Derbyshire Carers Association recognize the responsibility of young children and adults aged from 5-16 years who provide care for one or more family member.
One of our many new aims this year is to provide and help the organisation to ensure these Young Carers have the same opportunity as everyone else.
